1. Formation, transfer in and closure of companies;
2. Processing of payments;
3. Opening and closing of bank accounts;
4. Maintaining customer records;
5. Arranging signature/minuting of documentation;
6. Ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required;
7. Providing valuable support to senior staff;
8. Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
– Experience working within an office environment is desirable;
– Relevant experience at a corporate service provider desirable;
– Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail;
– Self-motivated;
– Initiative and willingness for personal and business develop.
